Runner-Up Performance for Stevens at Texarkana

Tyler Stevens entered a single event over the weekend with a Friday night trip to Texarkana 67 Speedway (Texarkana, Arkansas). The season opener at the 1/4-mile bullring drew a field of 15 IMCA Modified entries.

Starting second in his heat race, Stevens recording a commanding win in his Stallion Transportation Group No. 2 Modified. Via points he was positioned seventh on the feature grid.

The main event found the Arkansas racer advancing to a runner-up finish behind Justin Whitehead with Keaton Atkinson, Drake Findley, and Jody Reep rounding out the Top-5 finishers.

After battling through a late and hot night, the team decided to take Saturday off to enjoy some time around the pool with family and friends.
